• Subscription data: Billing status and subscription period, managed via Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage data: The Polymarket wallet addresses you choose to track.
• Technical data: IP address (used for login rate limiting only), browser type, and access timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To process your subscription and send account-related emails (e.g. password resets).
• To enforce login security (rate limiting by IP address).
• To improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, sell, or share personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the Service. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. We receive only subscription status information from Stripe.
• Polymarket: All trade data displayed is sourced from Polymarket's public API and reflects publicly available on-chain activity.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems. Publicly sourced trade data (Polymarket blockchain data) is not considered personal data.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including password hashing, secure HTTPS connections, and HTTP-only session cookies. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us through your account dashboard. You may also update your email or password from the profile page.
