Poly Edge provides tools to track and analyze publicly available trading activity on the Polymarket prediction market platform. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use prediction market data in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Access to the full Service requires an active paid subscription at $20/month.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your profile page.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or redistribute data at scale.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising the Service is the property of Poly Edge. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Trading decisions made based on information from this Service are made entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poly Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
